It is said that the lessons you don’t master during one lifetime are carried into the next lifetime. You often see these lessons play out as generational or family themes. When trauma is defined as any event that causes one to question their lovability and value, and in some way disconnect from their soul, you can begin to understand that trauma is a personal experience, and what feels traumatic to one person may not necessarily feel traumatic to another. By understanding the mechanics of you own unique design you gain the awareness of how a part of you operates, whether consciously or subconsciously.
You begin to accept the rejected part of self because you finally understand why that energy is present to begin with. Human Design and Reiki are incredible tools you can utilize to help you break patterns, create miracles, evolve and in the process transform the impossible into probable.
